Sehr gute Verarbeitung ( passt perfekt) richtig gut 👍 gemacht.
Ggf pfiffigere Farben anbieten! Jederzeit gerne wieder
Werde nochmal welche bestellen.
Optisch sehr ansprechend, robuste Qualität, pfiffige Verarbeitung
I bought OTORO Ski backpack ALPIN | 20L on 11 November 2024 with a main purpose of carrying my ski by train.
Let me share you my history of my ski carriage. I went skiing in Japan at the beginning of 2024. From Haneda Airport to a hotel in Ueno, Tokyo, I carried my ski in a classic ski bag (long ski bag with two handles which are not practical for carrying with your shoulders). That was the first alarm of inconvenience.
From Tokyo, I went by train and bus to Zao Ski Resort with my ski in the same ski bag together with my suitcase. After getting off the bus, I roamed around to locate a hotel and got lost. You could imagine a middle age man draging a big suitcase in one hand, clumsily shouldering a heavy ski bag and holding a mobile phone with a Google Maps on in another hand. The ski bag became heavier and heavier. I became frustrated of this burden situation. This was my second alarm of inconvenience.
After my ski trip ended, I immediately went to a YAMATO Transport Service (A Famous Japanese Delivery) in order to have my ski transported to a hotel in Tokyo. And I swore to myself "Never! Ever! Bring my own Ski to Japan or other contries".
Before the 2024 Austrian ski season started, I was looking for a practical solution on carrying my ski from Vienna to a ski resort in Austria by train. Firstly I looked for a ski bag with wheels. Then, I imagined myself draging both suitcase and a ski bag which would not be practical because I need another hand to hold my moble phone in order to look for a hotel or other information. After a big research, I found OTORO ski backpack which can be mounted two skis on both of its side. I was so delight!!!
After I received it, I tried mounting my ski right away. Guys!! I am telling you. This is a miracle. I carried it on my shoulders. I moved around so well. My two hands were free for a suitcase and a mobile phone for Google Maps or other things.
I went skiing by train to Seefeld in Tirol between 16 to 21 December 2024. This OTORO Ski Backpack impressed me of its multi functions, carrying my ski and loading my other stuff. It served me well with my ski carriage. On the slope, I also carried it with my drink and other stuff in side. On a heavy snow day, it proved me of it waterproof function. Inside the backpack was completely DRY!!!
The only one concern is how long the four side straps which are used for holding ski sharp edges would be lasted. I used my used rice sacks wrapping around my ski in the area of the straps. They protected the straps from damage; however, they made my luxurious OTORO Backpack looked funny. I think about have a black canvas tailored with the size of the ski holding area when I go to Thailand next time. However, I think Mr. Roman Gruender and Mr. Adrian Gruender may have a better solution for this problem.
Last but not least, Guys!!! This backpack is worth every penny!!
