1. The competition has no connection with Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram in any way. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but Otaro UG, Goethestraße 5, 67454 Haßloch, as operator of the otaro.wear Instagram account (in short: "organizer"). The information provided will only be used for the competition.
   Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
   
   

2. The competition begins with the publication of the participation photo on May 21, 2020 and ends on May 24, 2020 at midnight.
   
   

3. The winning team will win 3 Otaro swim shorts or the equivalent of 3 Otaro swim shorts.
   
   

4. Registration for the competition takes place by following the Instagram account: otaro.wear, liking the participation photo and linking two people under the participation photo with the participant's personal Instagram account.
   
   

5. Images that violate Instagram guidelines, Austrian law, our netiquette and/or copyright will be removed without notice after we become aware of them. The participant will then be excluded from the prize draw.
   
   

6. The prize draw will take place after the end of the competition period and will be closed to the public.
   
   

7. The winners will be informed via Instagram's direct message function on Instagram. Winners must report their contact and address details via "direct message" to the otaro.wear Instagram page or by email to service@otaro-shop.com within 5 working days (from notification of the win) . If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize within this time, their claim to the prize will expire without replacement. A replacement winner will then be determined using the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
   
   

8. If personal data of participants is collected as part of the competition, this will be collected and processed by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and, if necessary, used for further advertising purposes of Otaro UG in the future. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant can revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax or email. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data he or she submits.

The personal data of the participants will be used and collected by the organizer in compliance with data protection regulations.

Consent can be revoked at any time by deleting the relevant post. In this case, the participant also declares that they will no longer take part in the competition.

Legal recourse is excluded.
